Based in Kathmandu, Global IME Capital Limited (GICL), a subsidiary of Global IME Bank Limited is the first specialized merchant bank in the history of Nepalese Capital Market.

1. Management Trainee-3

Education: Master’s degree in Commerce/Management/Business Studies/Business Administration/Economics/ Finance with at least 2nd Division from a recognized university. Age not exceeding 25 years as on deadline of application.

2. Trainee Assistant-Few

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any stream of management or equivalent from a recognized university. Age not exceeding 22 years as on deadline of application.

3. Investment Banking

A. Department Head- Manager Level
Education: Master’s degree with at least second division in Commerce/ Finance/ Management/Economics, Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA/CPA)/ or 3.00 CGPA from a recognized university.
Experience: At least 5 yrs. of post-qualification experience in the investment banking department of merchant bank or other related fields.
Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application.

B. Supervisor-1
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any stream of management or equivalent from a recognized university, (preference will be given to semi-qualified CA or CFA level I complete).
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in a related field. Age not exceeding 30 years as on deadline of application.

4. Financial Advisory

A. Junior Officer-1
Education: Master’s degree in Commerce/ Economics/Finance/ Management from a recognized university or ACCA/CA/CPA.
Experience: At least 2 years experience in the financial sector. Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application
B. Supervisor-1
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any stream of management or equivalent from a recognized university (preference will be given to semi-qualified CA/ or CFA level I complete).
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in a related field. Age not exceeding 30 years as on deadline of application.

5. Research

A. Manager Level-1
Education: Master’s degree with at least second division in Commerce/ Management/ Finance/Economics, Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA/CPA).
Experience: At least 5 yrs. of post-qualification experience in capital market companies in the Research Department. Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application,
B. Supervisor-2
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any stream of management or equivalent from recognized university (preference will be given to semi-qualified CA).
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in a related field Age not exceeding 30 years as on deadline of application.

6. Depository Participant

7. Internal Audit/Concurrent Audit

A. Officer Level-1
Education: Master’s degree in Commerce/Economics/Finance/Management or ACCA/ CA/CPA/ from recognized institution university.
Experience: At least 3 years experience in the financial sector. Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application.
B. Assistant-1
Education: CAP II completed/ along with completion of articleship training as per the requirement of ICAN.

8. Marketing

A. Manager Level-1
Education: Master’s degree in Management, Business (preferably in marketing).
Experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in marketing. Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application.
B. Supervisor-1
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any stream of management or equivalent from a recognized university.
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in a related field. Age not exceeding 30 years as on deadline of application.

9. Account & Finance

A. Officer to Assistant Manager-1
Education: Master’s degree in Commerce/Economics/Finance/Management or ACCA/ CA/CPA/ from a recognized institution.
Experience: At least 5 yrs. of post-qualification experience in Accounting and Finance and able to work with accounting software. Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application.

10. RTS/RTA

A. Supervisor-1
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any stream of management or equivalent from a recognized university.
Experience: At least 3 years hands-on experience in merchant bank executing different aspects of DMAT, RTS, RTA, Issue Management and Underwriting, etc. Should be familiar with Securities Laws of Nepal. Should know Nepali typing and proficiency in MS Excel. Age not exceeding 30 years as on deadline of application.

11. Reconciliation

B. Assistant- 1
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any stream of application.
